Strength and Conditioning - 8 weeks/1hour 15 minutes/wk. Class fee is $100 per 8-week session. Strength and Conditioning class is designed to build core strength, flexibility and overall fitness. This class is ideal for and open to boy and girl athletes ages 9 to 18 from all sports. Strength and Conditioning I (Ages 9-18) Session I (Fall Session, 8 weeks) N/A Summer 2012 Session V : June 2 to August 3 (No classes July 1-7) The class meets 3 days per week. Class fee for the 9 week summer session is $125. Strength and Conditioning I (Ages 9-11) 9:00 - 10:15 am Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays Strength and Conditioning II (Ages 12-18) 10:30 - 11:45 am Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays Strength and Conditioning I & II (Ages 9-18) 4:00 - 5:15 Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays |
